1. Overview and Role of Suiri
Suiri, Inc. (“Suiri”, “we”, “our”) provides AI inference services through pulse.suiri.ai and related APIs (the “Services”).
This Privacy Policy describes the types of information we may collect and how we may use it in connection with the Services.
Our Role:
- For account registration, billing, and operational data, Suiri acts as a data controller.
- For inference requests (prompts, inputs, outputs), Suiri acts as a service provider / processor and processes data solely on customer instructions.
Suiri is an enterprise AI inference platform. We do not operate an advertising business and we do not sell personal data.
Data Center Location:
Suiri’s infrastructure is currently located in the United States.
As Suiri expands, additional regional data centers may be introduced. This Privacy Policy will be updated to reflect material changes in regional data processing locations.
Customers subject to the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) may request a Data Processing Addendum by contacting privacy@suiri.ai.
2. Information We May Collect
We may collect information necessary to operate, secure, and support the Services.
Account Information:
- Name
- Email address
- Organization name
- User role and access permissions
Billing Information:
Payments are processed by Stripe.
- Suiri does not store or access full credit card numbers.
- Payment details are stored directly by Stripe.
- We may receive limited billing-related metadata such as last four digits of a card, card brand, payment status, and transaction confirmations.
Usage & Operational Metadata:
To support prepaid billing, security, and system reliability, we may collect limited metadata such as:
- Account identifier
- Model used
- Token usage volume
- Timestamp of requests
- Error codes
- IP address (for security and abuse prevention)
This metadata does not include prompts, inputs, outputs, or model responses.
3. Inference Content
Suiri’s inference services are designed as stateless compute services.
- Prompts, inputs, outputs, and model responses are processed in memory.
- Suiri does not store inference content.
- Suiri does not log prompts or responses.
Suiri does not use inference content for model training.
We operate under a Zero Data Retention model by default.
4. How Information May Be Used
Information described above may be used to:
- Provide and operate the Services
- Manage accounts and prepaid credits
- Prevent fraud, abuse, or misuse
- Maintain system reliability and security
- Respond to support inquiries
Comply with legal obligations
Where required by applicable law, processing may be based on contractual necessity or legitimate interests.
Suiri does not use personal data for advertising or behavioral profiling.
California residents may have rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) to request access to or deletion of certain personal data. Requests may be submitted to privacy@suiri.ai.
6. Data Retention and Deletion
- Account and billing records may be retained as required for operational and legal purposes.
- Usage metadata may be retained for billing, fraud prevention, and security.
- Inference content is not retained.
Upon account termination, personal data may be deleted, subject to applicable legal retention requirements.
Retention periods are determined based on operational necessity, legal requirements, dispute resolution needs, and fraud prevention considerations.
7. Security
We implement reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, appropriate to the nature of the data processed, which may include:
- Encryption in transit (TLS)
- Access controls
- Monitoring and logging
- Role-based permissions
8. Data Breach Notification
In the event of a confirmed data breach affecting personal data, Suiri will notify affected customers without undue delay and in accordance with applicable law.
9. Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to request access, correction, or deletion of personal data.
